Pain Relief: An Integrative Perspective

Dear Clients,

I'm excited to announce we have added yet another member to the team, this time to the nutrition side of our practice. Keith Hayden is a Nutrition Counselor & Educator who shares my passion to support those in their pursuit of optimal health through diet and lifestyle. Keith helps others achieve their goals in one-on-one counseling sessions and educational settings. You can view Keith's availability and book an appointment with him via Genbook!

If you've had a massage, you have likely experienced first-hand the benefits of bodywork for pain relief. Have you considered how your diet and other lifestyle factors might be impacting your pain and discomfort? Keith will be hosting a free webinar next Thursday, May 19th, at 7:00 p.m. to discuss foods to reduce pain and improve your quality of life. Register here and we will send you a link to participate.

We recently revised our Nutrition Services to provide you with more offerings. The Performance Consultation was created with the athlete in mind - a one-hour session focusing solely on sports nutrition. The Be Well package includes four one-hour counseling sessions each devoted to how food impacts a vital aspect of health: digestion, sleep, stress and physical activity. These two new services are both 33% off for a limited time! We have also added Workplace and Community Wellness to our menu for those seeking nutrition education and customized workshops in a group setting.

Be Well,

Season's Greetings
