Nicole Jefferson, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Nicole’s philosophy as a massage therapist is to help others come into deeper understanding and relationship with their body and its mechanics. She offers massage as a way to live, work, and move through life more comfortably and productively. This philosophy is informed and reinforced not only through Nicole’s continuing education in Medical Massage Training, but also through the completion of a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park.

In addition to cultivating body knowledge and awareness in her clients, Nicole was previously a teaching assistant at the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in Falls Church, Virginia, where she also trained as a massage therapist.

In her spare time, Nicole is dedicated to developing and realizing her own body’s potential as an endurance runner. Among other races, she has completed the Marine Corps Marathon and the Baltimore Marathon. She also has nearly ten years of competitive gymnastics experience.

Nicole is a professional member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
