Q: Do you sell gift certificates?
Q: I’m redeeming a gift certificate, but the code doesn’t work when I try to book online.
A: Our scheduling system is actually different to the gift certificate system that we use, so you’ll need to reserve with a credit card when booking, but can redeem the gift certificate after your session (please bring an electronic or printed copy with you).
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We do not accept insurance, but are happy to provide you with a monthly itemized receipt that includes your name, the practitioner’s name, service date, service description, and amount paid (we do not provide diagnosis codes due to the scope of our profession). Many of our clients use their Health Savings/Flex Spending accounts. Please check with your provider to understand your benefits and criteria for reimbursement.
