Insurance & Payment Info

We do not accept insurance, but are happy to provide you with a monthly itemized receipt that includes the practitioner’s name, service date, service description, and amount paid (we do not provide diagnosis codes due to the scope of our profession). Many of our clients use their Health Savings/Flex Spending accounts. Please check with your provider to understand your benefits and criteria for reimbursement.

Monthly itemized receipts are issued on the first Friday of the following month on a recurring basis.

Our Policies

Appointment Cancellation Policy

If a client cancels within twenty four hours leading up to the appointment time or if an appointment is missed, a fee equal to the amount of the scheduled service cost is owed and will be charged to the client’s card on file at the time of cancellation.

Clients are encouraged to send someone in their place if they are unable to make their appointment. Please let the office know as soon as possible to ensure the necessary intake forms are completed.

Inclement Weather Policy

If an appointment must be canceled or changed due to inclement weather less than twenty four hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, the cancellation fee will be waived. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment during inclement weather is at the discretion of the client and The Art of Health, LLC.
